How are Custom Recordings different from listening to the Grace App?
Listening to the Grace App is very powerful! This Custom Recording is different because we are collaborating with you to craft a unique recording that will tackle your individual negative thoughts instead of general topics. The focus of this recording is to eradicate the “drizzle” of negativity in your life, rather than the “storms”. This recording will boost your hypnosis experience and can be listened to in addition to the Grace App.
Can I choose the Hypnotherapist I will be working with?
Yes. If you previously worked with a specific Grace Method™ Hypnotherapist in the past, we can assign you directly to them. Just let us know.
Will this custom recording be available inside the Grace App?  
Not at this time. But you will own this recording as an audio file that you can listen to anywhere, any time!
How often should I listen to this recording?
We recommend listening to it once a day until you feel like the negative thoughts you were previously struggling with are no longer an issue.
